Ajilon Staffing is currently sourcing for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant job in the greater Grand Rapids, MI area. This candidate will have a variety of duties including, support of two financial professionals and their clients, client information input and form creation and submittal, make data and information aesthetically pleasing and presentable, problem solving and more. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role.

Part-Time Administrative Assistant Job responsibilities include:

•Managing and maintenance of contracts
•Data collection and entry of client information
•Managing data and organizing data to be presentable and easily understood
•Problem solving and analysis of client information to make sure information is accurate and acceptable
•Organizing and filling out orders for multiple clients, sometimes 30+ at a time
•General clerical and office work
•Some customer service and support


•Minimum of two years of administrative support experience
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
•Associates degree is preferred
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Strong multi-tasking skills
•Strong problem solving and analysis skills
