We at Ajilon are assisting our client with a search for a direct hire Sales Administrative Assistant role. This position is located in the Overland Park area.
The Sales Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting the sales team with administrative tasks.
This position is tasked with making sure clients and customers have a great experience from the very beginning of their interaction. This role also helps to oversee the operations of the front office, as well.
Greeting all clients and visitors
Managing and directing all incoming calls in a timely fashion
Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
Collate and distribute mail
Prepare weekly sales reports
Manage database entries
Manage sales team calendars for presentation scheduling
May assist in event planning
Assist other departments as needed
Skills & Qualifications
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Experience maintaining a CRM system
Great at handling multiple tasks
General business acumen
Education & Experience
Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
1-3 years experience in an administrative capacity
