As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will responsible for increasing inbound leads as well as nurturing leads and existing customers. Using marketing automation and building out a number of campaigns you will be an important player in helping Agility reach its targets going forward. We're looking for someone who has lots of experience managing campaigns and increasing leads for a software company in the past. If that is you, then this role is probably a great fit!

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Conceive, prepare, execute and measure the efficacy of demand generation programs such as webinars, email prospecting campaigns, thought leadership/white paper campaigns, among others
  • Increasing efficiency in lead processes and pipeline creation by optimizing the company's primary conversion points across the marketing & sales funnel.
  • Maintaining and optimizing the marketing automation infrastructure with the goal of standardizing best practices across both marketing and sales teams
  • Increasing efficiency in lead processes and pipeline creation by optimizing the company's primary conversion points across the marketing & sales funnel.
  • Implementing and managing the company's marketing automation technologies including nurture flows, lead scoring, email marketing, and reporting and analysis.
  • Improving the quality of the marketing database, with tactics such as list segmentation, data enrichment projects to improve targeting, and list loading.
  • Building and improving the marketing reporting and analysis processes, with the goal of demonstrating marketings impact on bookings, and to provide insight for future optimization. Deliver such reports on a regular cadence to track progress and to remove barriers.
  • Managing all email campaigns (scheduling, implementation, tracking etc.).
  • Building or work with Content Marketing Strategist on managing lead generation landing pages, forms, etc.

Requirements:

  • University or college graduate
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Systems (We use Autopilot)
  • 3 years+ experience in Marketing or a similar role
  • Experience in the online software business is a major asset
