As a Customer Service Provider (CSP), you’ll be a problem-solver, salesperson, troubleshooter, billing expert and more – all while working remotely from the convenience of your home office. And you’ll also be a hero when you solve our customers’ challenges, book their vacations, place an order for a customer and overall make them happy customers!
What you will need to able to do:
***Listen carefully to each customer with patience and courtesy.
***Use your troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to come up with solutions.
***Use your great communication skills to resolve customer’s device, billing and service concerns.
***Excite customers about how new solutions can positively impact their lives.
***Build customer relationships – earn their loyalty and trust by being polite and helpful.
What we’re looking for...
You are a positive person plus likes having fun while working!!! Additionally, you are professional with a focus on solving problems and doing whatever it takes to make a difference to every customer every time. You relate well to all kinds of people, listen attentively, and can hone in on the most important issues. You explain things easily, in ways that people can understand. You are tech-savvy and know how to use that knowledge to find solutions while focusing on one customer at a time.
You will need a quiet area for training and for working! This is a MUST have!
You’ll need to have:
Flexibility to work split shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
