Adfero seeks a full-time Account Executive to join our strategic communications team for a high-profile advocacy client. This individual should have hands-on experience setting up, managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on self-serve platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Google AdWords and LinkedIn. This person should feel comfortable counseling clients or stakeholders on advertising best practices and strategy recommendations.

You'll use your experience in advertising to manage large, cross-platform, interconnected advertising buys to influence reputation and advocacy campaigns among specific key audiences. You will work directly with agency teammates and the client to create advertising media plans and execute on audience targeting research. On a daily basis, you will be in advertising platforms optimizing campaigns, reporting on performance, offering insights and recommendations and tracking spends against the overall ad budget.

In addition to advertising expertise, you understand the role digital advertising tactics play in larger strategies focused on industry reputation and advocacy. You are excited following the latest advertising trends, technologies, practices and methods to find new approaches to solving client challenges.


  • 2-4 years of proven digital advertising experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or a related discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills and thorough attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and issues
  • The ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while independently managing projects
  • Initiative with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
