Customer Service Agent - Bradenton
Candidates should have the ability to sit for up to 8 hours and wear a headset.
Type a minimum of 35wpm with no errors, and have a clear and precise phone voice.
Previous customer service and/or call center experience is preferred.
Pre-screening testing will need to be completed in order to be considered for this position.
Training will be done with each candidate to learn CSR, Returns, Mailroom, Warehouse, Problem Resuolution, etc.
Must have stable work history - at least 1-2 years of consistant work history.

Note: All applicants are subject to a complete background check. This is a non-smoking environment. We are a drug-free workplace and conduct a pre-employment drug screen. Job pays $9.00/hr., with an opportunity to earn more by "up-selling". No cold calls involved. No sales experience required. Hours are 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., possible weekend day may be required. Very comfortable, friendly environment!
