We are seeking a PROJECT MANAGER to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Under the general direction of the Federal and Commercial Contract Operations Manager, the Project Manager coordinates services for all aspects of janitorial and grounds maintenance contractual sites requiring a Project Manager in California and Arizona. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of all facility services staff pertaining to their specific contract. In addition, the Project Manager will ensure that all Ability One and all applicable Federal, State and local standards and requirements are met.


  • Maintains inventory control, vehicles, equipment and warehouse goods
  • Manages employees and clients schedules, time cards, performance evaluations, etc.
  • Performs routine maintenance tasks
  • Ensures vehicle documentation and travel logs are accurate
  • Budgets and purchases all goods related to maintenance
  • Prepares reports for compliance with Federal Contracts
  • Responsible for proper use of Agency vehicles transporting staff, clients, materials, and equipment to job locations
  • Serve as Agency representative with clients, vendors and public
  • Attend required meetings for staff and training
  • Adhere to safety and security requirements as established in corporate policies and procedures

  • Proficient in English (Verbal and written)
  • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
  • Ability to handle physical workload - lift at least 20 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to supervise
  • Knowledge of State and OSHA regulations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid State Driver's license
  • Pass Rigorous Federal Background Check in accordance with U.S. Office of Personnel Management Standard Form 86.
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card
