The Front Desk Receptionist (FDR) provides clerical support to administrative staff as appropriate. The FDR is generally responsible for answering switchboard requests and greeting and directing customers to appropriate individuals. The position has general filing and mail responsibilities as well as being responsible for general front office duties. Must be able to multi-task and use time management skills. Attention to detail a must. Strong written and verbal skills a must. Ability to proof documents for consistency.
Answers incoming phones, screening and directing calls as necessary
Greets all visitors and directs to program or individuals as appropriate
Sorts and delivers office mail to appropriate sites/departments daily
Provides clerical/office support (i.e., mailing, copying, sorting, faxing) to administrative staff as required
Other job duties as required
Must have strong attendance

Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written. Must have the ability to write clearly and concisely.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic calculations.
Excellent observational skills. Ability to demonstrate sensitivity and awareness of individuals of all disabilities.
Must have the ability to project professionalism and amiability as an Agency representative. Ability to build rapport with all employees.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
At least two (2) years of clerical experience and knowledge of basic office equipment operation. Previous experience in an office environment is preferred. Must be over 21 years of age.
· Valid Driver’s License
This position requires a valid Arizona Driver’s license. Must be insurable under the Agency’s auto insurance policy.
· Pass background check inclusive of Excluded Provider List System (EPLS) and the Health and Human Services (HHS) List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
· Valid Level I Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (Ability to Pass)
SALARY: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour. commensurate with experience and education. Full Time, Non-Exempt position.
