We are seeking a EMPLOYMENT SERVICES MANAGER to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.
The Employment Services Manager is responsible for the management and oversight of regional offices performing employment services. Working with the CEO, COO, and other management team members, the Employment Services Manager serves on the Executive Management Team, performing special executive projects for services, utilization, program expansion, and analyses. Working with the CEO and COO, the Employment Services Manager coordinates capital improvements and development of the organizations stated goals and objectives and has management and operational oversight for the daily operations of all regional offices.
Manage and improve operational practices
Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations
Attend Board and other committee meetings when required.
Other jobs/duties as required.
Previous experience in operations or other related fields (familiar with State Contracts)
Strong project management skills
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong leadership qualities
Bachelor’s degree with related courses in public administration and the human services/social sciences fields. Master’s degree preferred.
Requires at five (5) years’ progressively responsible experience in providing and administering social service programs. Must be 21 years of age.
Must be able to develop, implement and supervise programs in a culturally sensitive manner; prepare budgets, communicate effectively both orally and in writing; and demonstrate knowledge of licensing requirements and program operations.
Microsoft Office knowledge: Excel Spreadsheet, Outlook (calendar and email), PowerPoint knowledge; Time Management knowledge and/or skills; ability to prioritize effectively; strong research skills; strong writing skills (English); strong verbal (English) skills; bilingual a plus but not necessary.
