Our proprietary scripting engine, web forms and custom-built reporting enable clients to successfully conduct large-scale fundraising campaigns with accuracy and creativity.

- possesses a proven track record of building a network within the Contact Center industry
What will you do?
- Generate, manage and foster leads during the screening process
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral
- Meet and exceed quarterly targets
- Document and manage all sales activities in Salesforce
- Conduct post sales activities and log feedback
- Assist in the RFP process for new business requests
What does it take?
- 2-4 years of proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- High-energy approach to understanding prospects’ unique problems or needs and connecting them to the solutions ACD offers
- Ability to build and manage relationships, to learn and understand ACD’s business and to articulate its value
- Strong ability to relate, persuade, lead, negotiate and express yourself when speaking and writing
- Commitment to the sales process to create success for the company
- Internally driven and possesses self-discipline to accomplish goals
- Highly proficient in Office 365 and Salesforce
How we will support you?
$40,000 base salary
Quarterly bonus of $2,500 for meeting Sales Activity Quotas
Commissions payable on Set Up Fees and residual limited commissions for on-going services
