1. MUST HAVE Previous technical software support experience
2. Light SQL Experience (1 year)-Joins, select statements-No programming
3. Networking-Windows 2000-2007, Active Directory
4. Hardware/Server experience
5. Remote Access/Terminal Server
6. IIS experience a plus
7. Previous Healthcare a plus
-Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
-Written service logs are communicated across shift changes
-Must be able to handle issues as there is no escalation past Help Desk
-Will receive calls from multiple clients as well as internal employees in the field
-need to be able to familiarize themselves with multiple support customers as answers/technical issues may be different based on software location.
-support is 24/7/365 on this desk
-MUST be willing to work any and all shifts as rotations involve ENTIRE TEAM regardless of seniority.
*Please note that the 3rd shift is generally worked remotely from home and may include some weekend hours.
* Also client is located downtown and they do not provide parking reimbursement, however they do have local garage parking passes for those on 2nd shift which are rotated accordingly.
