Recent growth has created the need for a Digital Marketing Specialist, who will support the overall digital marketing strategies of the company. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of company websites and email programs. The position will collaborate with other marketing team members to execute digital experiences that drive engagement, expand our audience, and convert our digital footprint into increased traffic and conversion on our website. The focus of the Digital Marketing Specialist is to ensure our campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently and our messaging and imagery are consistent and representative of our brand, with the ultimate goal of leveraging digital resources to bring our marketing programs to life.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with marketing managers to plan, develop and execute marketing strategies and content for company websites and email marketing campaigns
  • Manage the production schedule for website and email projects, including opening jobs and coordinating with internal teams
  • Drive new and ongoing email campaigns to support consumer engagement; track, analyze and report on performance
  • Load, test and deploy emails through HubSpot
  • Ongoing optimization of website and email marketing campaigns, utilizing content management system
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure accuracy of copy and layout for emails and website landing pages
  • Utilize current technology and digital marketing best practices to improve lead generation, user experiences and retention
  • Prepare detailed reports for Management upon request
  • Support marketing team with other projects, as assigned

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Apps, and/or Craft CMS highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or WordPress preferred
  • Education tools, such as Terra Dotta, Via TRM, Hand Shake and others a big plus

  • Organized and able manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
