This entry level sales position is great for those that have less than one year
of sales experience but have the drive, persistence, and ambition
to become a sales professional.

Job Title: Entry Level Interactive Sales
Reports to: Sales Manager
Location: Dallas, TX (Deep Ellum)
Start Date: Open

Job Purpose Summary: Core responsibilities of this position are Cold calling prospective buyers and successfully closing a sales transaction within an assigned territory.

Ideal Candidate: Our ideal candidate will be a professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where their actions can, and will have a direct and immediate impact on the bottom line of the company. The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of online advertising/ marketing. They also must have the ability to create sales appointments by cold calling and door to door solicitation of local businesses.


- Door to Door solicitation of local businesses
- Ability to remain persistent in spite of rejection
- Meet weekly new accounts goal

- Clearly and effectively communicating the benefits of using our promotional products.
- Track a variety of data accurately
- Responsible for customer satisfaction, as well as sales and profit objectives


- Previous sales experience
- Demonstrate an ability to work with a primarily self-directed work schedule to achieve one's sales goals
- General knowledge of Internet usage and Research
- Above Average Follow Up Skills
- Pleasant/Professional phone voice
- High energy level and a willingness to learn
- Ability to deal effectively with all types of personalities
- Above average initiative, creativity, negotiation and listening skills
- Motivated self-starter that is very customer service oriented with a professional appearance-
- Reliable transportation
- Possess excellent verbal, listening, management and organizational skills
- Detail Oriented


- 90 day Probationary Period
