Job Title: Outside Sales – Retail and Restoration Roofing
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $75,000-$120,000 Salary and commissions

Absolute Assurance Restoration is an exterior construction company specializing in Roofing and siding. We are based in Mansfield, and serve Cleveland to Dayton. It’s time to grow our sales staff with another brilliant sales member.
Job Expectations:
- 2-3 years in outside sales, preferably in home services
- Solutions-oriented
- Ability to problem solve the needs of our customers whether a simple leak to more complex problem.
- High energy and a “can-do” attitude.
Job Responsibility:
- Meet with customers, investigate the problem, and relay solutions to customers.
- Create estimates and write bid proposals for potential business.
- Present proposal to the customer by phone, email, or in person. - Follow up with customers and maintain relationships for future business.
- Be the closer
Job Requirements:
- Have the ability to carry and set up a 50 lbs ladder
- Able to climb ladder to gain access to the roof
- Walk around a roof that can be many stories high
- Knowledge of Microsoft computer products
- Clean driving record
