Job Profile Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for gathering, reviewing, modifying and recommending business requirements for information technology projects.

Works with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer goals are achieved.

Elicits and documents business requirements

Utilizes tools and techniques standard to business analysis

Acts as point of contact for feedback and provides support to end users to resolve issues.

Occasionally required to review test cases and performs user testing

Has a solid understanding of BA functions, systems, and processes. Rarely requires coaching or training from team leadership.

Qualifications

Experience/Education Required

Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role is required

Skills Required

Application Extender (AX)- knowledge of Document Imaging and Management application

Branch Capture- Check imaging for item processing for all branches

Hold Mail- Document imaging and archiving system

Kofax- used by centralized imaging for built documents scanning

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Ability to write technical documentation in a clear and concise manner.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively forge working relationships both internally and externally.

Banking Industry is required

'Core Banking' Application experience is required

Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
