Located: Downtown Pittsburgh.
Salary: 40K + Employer pays for your benefits

Skills:

1. MUST HAVE Previous technical software support experience
2. Light SQL Experience (1 year)-Joins, select statements-No programming
3. Networking-Windows 2000-2007, Active Directory
4. Hardware/Server experience
5. Remote Access/Terminal Server
6. IIS experience a plus
7. Previous Healthcare a plus

Specifics:
-Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
-Written service logs are communicated across shift changes
-Must be able to handle issues as there is no escalation past the technical support desk
-Will receive calls from multiple clients as well as internal employees in the field
-Need to be able to familiarize themselves with multiple support customers as answers/technical issues may be different based on software location.
