Do you have a knack for anticipating needs of others? Are you incredibly organized and detail-oriented? We are looking for an Office Coordinator who can help keep our office running smoothly and effectively. This person will also be responsible for providing administrative support to our Revenue Cycle Manager, to track, record, and document all accounts receivable and insurance information. The role:

  • Provide light administrative support to our CEO and Leadership team (calendar scheduling, booking conference rooms, scanning/making copies, etc.)

  • Manage and track incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages

  • Act as cultural ambassador for 2020 by warmly greeting all guests and visitors

  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, snacks, and equipment

  • Maintain office systems and technology, troubleshooting when necessary

  • Partner with HR to help onboard new hires, order food for team lunches, organize company events, etc.

  • Support our Revenue Cycle Manager with the verification of all patient eligibility and insurance authorizations by using automated eligibility systems, payer websites and call various insurance carriers

  • Ad hoc projects as needed

Skills & qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in a fast-paced environment (startup experience preferred)

  • Ability to treat confidential information with care and discretion

  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Resourceful and hospitality minded, with strong customer service instincts

  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google products (Gmail, Drive, Calendar), Slack and others

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

  • Displays a rigorous attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, works well independently

  • Prior insurance experience, or willingness or desire to learn the intricacies of insurance strongly desired

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
