This is an exciting opportunity to join our company as a virtual Concierge for busy professionals. This is currently a position with a few hours however there is opportunity for business to increase, Position entails duties such as errand running which will include services such as shopping, taking client cars for service, waiting in client homes for vendors, pet care, and more. Must be available Monday through Friday, 8:00-6:00 (hours vary). Position requires travel in Palo Alto and surrounding areas. Mileage will be reimbursed.
Must have a professional demeanor, strong background and a commitment to excellence in customer service.

~Must possess exceptional customer service skills
~Must be detailed oriented and organized
~Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
~Must possess good oral and written skills
~Business casual attire mandatory
~Must own a dependable/reliable vehicle for transportation
~Knowledge on how to drive a stick shift is preferred
~Must have good knowledge of Office suite programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point)
~Thorough knowledge of Palo Alto and surrounding areas
