Join our company as a P/T Personal Assistant/Concierge ! We are an established corporate concierge company seeking customer-focused and solution-driven individuals to provide personal concierge services to employees of major firms. The position will start at a few hours per week (10 -15), but we expect the hours to grow as you develop the client relationships. Must be generally available M-F 8:30am--5:30pm. Position involves travel throughout the San Francisco and the Bay area. Mileage is reimbursed.
Job Tasks Include:
· Professional demeanor, strong background in and commitment to excellence in customer service.
· Attention to detail and good organizational skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Must have reliable transportation
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel
· Prior customer service / assistant experience preferred
--Familiarity with the San Francisco/surrounding area
--Business casual attire
