Job DescriptionRESPEC is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer / Business Development (Structural) to join our engineering team in our Denver, Colorado office. This role is responsible for a combination of strategic business development and senior engineering. Utilizing a strategic mindset, the Senior Engineer steps confidently into client-facing conversations while successfully balancing a variety of projects. RESPEC is 100% employee-owned and this individual will join a collaborative group of fellow owners in tackling complex project challenges.

Compensation and Benefits: Salary depends on experience and expertise. The typical salary range for this position is $140,000-$160,000. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100 percent employee-owned company, and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
