Level III Hospital Security

We are currently seeking motivated and vigilant Level III Hospital Security Officers to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment within hospital premises by monitoring access points, conducting surveillance, and responding swiftly to incidents. Your proactive approach will help ensure the safety of patients, staff, visitors, and property while upholding the highest standards of security professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hospital entrances and exits to authorize access for staff, visitors, vendors, and contractors.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Enforce hospital policies related to loss prevention, visitor management, and safety protocols.

Job Duties

· Patrol assigned sites and properties

· Maintain a visible and professional security presence

· Monitor for suspicious activity, hazards, and safety concerns

· Complete incident and daily activity reports

· Assist with access control and site procedures

· Follow post orders and company expectations

Requirements

• Valid Texas Level III Security License REQUIRED
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must be able to work assigned shifts
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling emergency situations effectively.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods during shifts.
