Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our client base and strengthen existing relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in Healthcare, Pharma, and IT staffing, with a strong understanding of MSP programs being a plus. This role requires a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently represent Accede Solutions in front of potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings to present Accede's staffing solutions and expand partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand client needs and provide customized workforce solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms, fees, and service agreements in alignment with company goals.
  • Represent Accede Solutions professionally at industry conferences, networking events, and business meetings.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in Healthcare, Pharma, and IT staffing (MSP experience is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in business development.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Competitive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
