Job description

We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager who can handle complex accounts with minimal oversight. This is a full-time, in-house position—remote work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage renewal processes 120–150 days prior to expiration, including underwriting and marketing of accounts.
• Complete and process applications, endorsements, billing, and client documentation using internal systems (e.g., WorkSmart, BPR).
• Review underwriting documents (SOV, ISO, cost estimators) and ensure timely task tracking.
• Support account rounding and cross-selling initiatives using strategic tools.
• Respond promptly to client requests and assist in day-to-day servicing.
• Educate clients on coverage options, policy changes, and claims processes.
• Create proposals and master certificates; handle claim intake and reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of online rating and underwriting platforms across all coverage lines.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to service-related projects.
Required Skills & Attributes
• Must have at least 10 years of Commercial Lines experience (mid-to-large accounts)
• Active Florida License
• Strong communication and client service orientation.
• Proficiency in insurance systems and document preparation.
• Knowledge of commercial lines coverage and underwriting.
• Reliable, organized, and responsive to shifting priorities.
• Collaborative, with a proactive and positive attitude.
