Job description

The Retail Associate Manager for T-Mobile Wireless Vision plays a key role in overseeing store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This leadership position focuses on managing a team to meet individual, team, and store-wide sales targets while maintaining efficient inventory control and attractive visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead retail staff to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service
  • Manage sales performance to meet individual, team, and store-wide targets
  • Oversee inventory control and ensure stock accuracy
  • Train and develop staff to enhance skills and productivity
  • Implement and maintain effective visual merchandising standards
  • Track performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling
  • Manage daily store operations and resolve customer complaints promptly
  • Support marketing initiatives and in-store promotions

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in retail management
  • Proficiency in retail sales and inventory management
  • Strong team leadership and customer relationship management skills
  • Experience in visual merchandising and Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities
