Job description

We are seeking a Tier I Customer Service Representative to join our team immediatley! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and answering customer inquiries. If you are looking for a career where you can make an impact, apply today!
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services


Customer Service Representative Candidate Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in client support, customer relationship management or sales environments preferred, not required
  • Proven ability to adapt, learn quickly, and take initiative prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Experience in mentoring or training peers is a plus.
  • Relevant field of study is a plus
