Business Operations Coordinator(Entry-Level)

Position Overview:

We areseekinga motivated and detail-orientedentry-levelBusinessOperations Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a true entry-level opportunity designed for a recent university graduate or a candidate with internship or co-op experience,whosinterested in gaining hands-on exposure across multiple areas of business operations.

In this role, you will support day-to-day initiatives across Operations, Finance, Marketing,Services Deliveryand Sales.Your primaryobjectivewill be to help streamline, improve,automate,and coordinate tasks that support the efficiency and scalability of the business. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, organized,proactiveand eagertolearnhow different business functions work together.

You will gain exposure to a variety of different projects and responsibilities that can help shape your long-term career path in business operations,professional services,projectcoordination, marketing,finance,or strategy.

This role will have you working out of our Gastown office 3 days a week.

WhatYoullDo:

• Support day-to-day operational and administrative business activities

• Assistwith improving workflows,documentationand internal processes

• Assistwithprojectmanagementand delivery for ourSAPProfessionalServicesTeam

• Helpidentifyopportunities for automation and operational efficiencies

• Coordinate andmaintainspreadsheets,reportsand business tracking tools

• Support finance-related administrative tasks such as time-tracking and invoice support and data organization

• Assist with Sales support activities and lead tracking

• Support marketing initiatives including research,coordinationand campaign administration

• Conduct research and gather business insights to support leadership decision-making

• Assistwith preparing presentations,reportsand internal documentation

• Coordinate across departments to ensure projects and tasks are progressing effectively

• Take ownership of smaller operational projects and process improvements

WhoYoullBe:

• Recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Marketing,Operationsor a related field

• Internship, co-op, campusleadershipor part-time office experience isconsideredan asset

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets,presentationsand business systems

• Strong problem-solving mindset with awilinessto learn

• Self-starter who is proactive and resourceful
  

What SkillsYoullHave

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)

• Familiarity with project management tools or other business software like a CRM is an asset

• Exposure to SAP products is a nice-to-have

• Interest in operations, processimprovementand business strategy

• Interest in software technologies
