Second Assistant Manager wanted to help in the running of the store and supervising staff in a fast paced, high volume coffee bar. Previous coffee experience is great but it is more important you have a strong background in leadership and have supervised 3 or more people. 40 hours per week, weekends and some holidays. You will receive lots of coaching and training from the owner and other managers. Opportunity for advancement. This position will pay $50K-$54K per year to start.
