1. Position and DutiesTitle and Role: Employee shall serve as Executive Pastry ChefPrimary Duties:Facilitate revenue expansion and cost savings throughout all product categories and brands.Oversee all production and culinary activities set forth at Symphony Pastries.Lead development in new product innovation in a timely manner.Collaborate with the sales and marketing strategic vision on new items and work trade show venues where necessary and align with the vision of leadership.Provide operational guidance as necessary to ensure stability and alignment among directors and team members.Specific Responsibilities:Employee is responsible for production and SQF integrity and QA consistency across all production operations.Employee shall directly oversee all production staff, who are designated as direct reports.Employee shall report directly to ownership with no other reporting obligations.Employee shall work directly with the production team to achieve established SQF scores, ensuring compliance and performance standards are met.Employee shall have input over disciplinary actions and staff changes necessary to achieve stated goals, provided such actions are taken with the approval of ownership.All innovation and research and development activities shall be dependent upon collaboration between the production team and the Chef, with ownership having final approval over innovation and R&D decisions.
