Steve Decker's State Farm is searching for a competitive Telemarketer who can make phone calls and turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. You may also assist in other day to day operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Make phone calls, schedule appointments & identify customer needs.
  • Work with the agent to meet daily goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer via phone calls
