Final Expense Tele-Sales Agent
Remote | 100% Commission | Inbound Leads | Training Provided

We specialize in final expense insurance, helping clients prepare for end-of-life costs with compassion and integrity. Our agents work remotely, enjoy flexible schedules, and are fully supported by our high-performance, team-focused culture.
Position OverviewWe are actively hiring Final Expense Tele-Sales Agents who want to build a meaningful career helping seniors and families from the comfort of home. No prior insurance experience is required-we provide training, mentorship, and warm inbound leads. This is a 100% commission role with high income potential for those willing to learn and serve.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and follow-up calls with interested clients
Conduct virtual consultations via phone or Zoom
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate final expense coverage
Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
Maintain client relationships and manage follow-ups
Use CRM tools to track calls, conversations, and performance
100% Commission - Uncapped earning potential
