Job description

Telephonic Medicare Sales Agent Opportunity


Prosperity Health Group is hiring motivated sales agents who want to build a career in Medicare sales with real support, structure, and income opportunity.

This role is designed for agents who are hungry, coachable, money-motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced telephonic Medicare sales environment.

We provide the training, systems, technology, support, and incentive structure needed to help agents grow and succeed.


Compensation Structure

This is a 1099 position.


Agents are paid $200 per approved application, structured as:

$75 paid weekly upon submission of the application

$125 paid after the policy has remained active and on the books for 120 days


Agents may also earn additional compensation opportunities through ancillary product sales, including products such as hospital indemnity, cancer, dental, vision, hearing, and other supplemental insurance products where available.


Spiffs and Incentives

What We Provide

Responsibilities


• Present Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug Plan, and supplemental insurance options to eligible clients
• Help clients understand plan benefits, provider networks, prescription drug coverage, and out-of-pocket costs
• Conduct compliant Medicare needs-based conversations
• Follow approved sales scripts, disclosures, and compliance procedures
• Quote and compare available plan options using Medicare sales tools
• Complete enrollment applications accurately and professionally
• Follow up with clients, leads, and pending applications
• Maintain organized notes and client records inside the CRM
• Handle client questions with professionalism and urgency
• Participate in training, coaching, roleplays, and team meetings
• Stay current on Medicare products, compliance rules, and sales process expectations


Qualifications

• Active health insurance license preferred
• Medicare sales experience preferred, but not required
• Previous sales, customer service, call center, or insurance experience is a plus
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
• Coachable and willing to follow a structured sales process
• Ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized and manage follow-up
• Money-motivated and performance-driven
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be able to operate in a compliant sales environment
