    As the Staffing Business Development Manager at Optimize Partners, you willย be responsible forย driving business growth and expanding our client base across different industries, including the technology sector.ย Leveraging yourย expertiseย in sales,ย business development,ย andย staffing,ย you willย identifyย and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver innovative staffing solutions that address our clients' evolving talent needs.ย 

    Responsibilities:ย 
    • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan toย identifyย and target new clientsย across various industries,ย including software companies, startups, and other technology-focused organizations.ย 
    • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, hiring managers, andย HR leadershipย to understand their staffing challenges and position Optimize Partners as a trusted partner for talent acquisition solutions.ย 
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis toย identifyย emerging trends, and potential areas for expansion.ย 
    • Collaborate withย leadership at Optimize Partners,ย to develop tailored staffing solutions and proposals that align with clientย objectives.ย 
    • Conduct outbound and Inbound sales campaigns, including phone and email outreach to drive new business development for agency contract and full-time direct hire placements.

    Requirements:ย 
    • 3+ years ofย sales and business developmentย experience within the staffing industryย 
    • Demonstrated ability to build andย maintainย relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, hiring managers and HRย decision-makers.ย 
    • Proficiencyย in CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools for tracking and managing leads
