Job description
Client has multiple initiatives that will position them to take advantage of Agentic AI and leverage it across their business. In order to keep up with the pace that their Data Science teams are working, they are building out their MLOps teams.
100% remote
Core Technical Skills
• Python:
o Proficient in writing clean, production-ready code.
o Experience with ML libraries like scikit-learn, pandas, or PySpark.
o Ability to design and maintain ML pipelines (e.g., data preprocessing, training, validation, inference).
• Data Tools:
o SQL Server, Redis, MongoDB, Rabbit, Kafka, and Snowflake
• FastAPI:
o Ability to build, document, and maintain APIs for serving ML models or internal tooling.
o Experience with Pydantic models and async features.
MLOps Capabilities
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines tailored for ML workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker; bonus if they have worked with Kubernetes.
• Model lifecycle management tools experience (e.g., MLflow or equivalent).
• Logging, monitoring, and observability for model performance and API uptime; familiarity with monitoring tools such as grafana.
