Whatyou willdo:
TheOffice Manageris responsible forthe efficient daily operations oftheoffice.Reporting to thePractice Administrator,is responsible forhiring and supervising support staff, oversees day- to -day practice operations including maintenance of medical records, human resource management, property and facilities, equipment, billing and adheres to OSHA, JCAHO and DOH requirements. TheOffice Managerwill perform all job functions in a courteous and professional manner consistent with the St. Peter's Health Partner's Core Values.
Responsibilities:
Support, plan, implement and evaluate program goals, the policies of St. Peter's Health Care Services and patient focused care.

Pay Range:$28.55 - $41.40
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
