The Preschool Teacher's Assistant supports the lead teacher in managing a small classroom of under 10 students. This role involves helping create a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters early childhood learning and development. The assistant plays a crucial part in daily routine implementation, student supervision, and activity preparation.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead teacher in daily classroom activities
• Supervise and ensure the safety of students during class
• Prepare materials and set up learning activities
• Assist children with learning tasks and projects
• Help maintain classroom routines and organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in early childhood education
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of child development principles
• Basic classroom management skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Patience, creativity, and keen observation skills
