The Front Desk Agent will assist guests with the check-in and check-out processes, issue room keys, and process payments. Responsibilities also include maintaining communication with housekeeping staff to coordinate room availability, answering guest inquiries, and completing paperwork promptly and accurately. - Monitor the maintain knowledge of hotel operations and activities
- Take reservations and answer questions via phone, email, and in-person
- Build rapport with guests and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions
- Describe the features and amenities of guest rooms
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
- Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
