About UsJones Heating and Air is a trusted provider of residential and commercial HVAC services in the Charlottesville area.   • Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units
  • Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding service issues and solutions
  • Document work performed, including parts used and services completed
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience
  • EPA certification required
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old
