What You'll Do:
  • Ability to follow precise instructions
  • Adhere to job site safety protocol
  • Assist in duct fabrication amp; installation
  • Maintain a clean amp; safe work environment
  • Assist lead foreman in material amp; labor tracking
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of HVAC experience
  • Self-motivated
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work on roofs amp; lifts
  • Basic HVAC knowledge and willingness to learn more
  • Ability to pass a background check amp; drug test
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs repetitively.
  • The job requires working in cramped spaces like attics and crawlspaces, which involves a lot of bending, crawling, and kneeling.
  • Ability to climb and work from ladders.
  • Must be able to work in different environments that can be hot, cold, dusty, or dirty.
  • Physical ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and work for extended periods without becoming overly fatigued.
