Utilizing point of sale systems and communication platforms, they coordinate tasks efficiently and maintain quality control.

• Supervise shift activities and ensure operational efficiency
• Coordinate and motivate team members to achieve sales and service targets
• Interact promptly and professionally with customers to resolve issues
• Maintain adherence to safety and compliance regulations during shifts
• Prepare and submit accurate shift reports

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in shift management
