A Growing Multi-State ABA Provider is seeking a Regional Center Director (BCBA) to lead our clinical and regional operations team.

As a Regional Center Director, you’ll provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership across your region, including both center-based and in-home services.
You will:
Lead and mentor BCBAs and clinical teams
Ensure high-quality, ethical ABA services
Drive center performance, growth, and team engagement
Oversee operations and clinical compliance
Partner closely with senior leadership on strategy and initiatives

Base Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year
Bonus: Up to 20% annual performance bonus

Role Responsibilities:
Demonstrate and uphold the company's mission, beliefs, and vision in actions and language.
Implement company policies and protocol in a timely and respectful manner.
Provide leadership, training and mentorship for BCBAs and other Center staff during onboarding and beyond.
Conduct supervision with BCBA's on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis dependent upon BCBA level.
Ensure clinical quality and compliance through oversight of BCBA treatment plans, assessments, session notes and data collections.
Oversee incident reports, including investigation and reporting of findings to the State Director.
Establish and maintain a positive work culture and promote clear communication between departments.
Assist in creation and implementation of clinical initiatives (as applicable).
Ensure the clinical quality of all programming Services of BCBAs on team.
Provide additional support and supervision of BT's supervised by BCBA's on team.
Ensure highest quality of care is provided by BCBA's.
Collaborate with staff in regards to implementation of organizational initiatives, services, and policies, as applicable.
Enforce BCBA billable requirement and monitor utilization rate.
Be available for emergency phone calls/texts/emails both during and outside of company hours.
Conduct clinical hiring interviews and exit interviews for BCBA's.
Attempt to resolve all client complaints and follow chain of command regarding complaints.
Maintain supervisory hour requirements
Oversee daily center operations including facility management and policy implementation
Assist with clinic growth and driving new client intake through marketing and creative initiative
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Maintain LABA or other state licensure
Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
3+ years of BCBA experience
