Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to identify their insurance and financial protection needs
• Educate clients on life insurance coverage options and recommend suitable solutions
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via phone or Zoom
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and applications
• Work independently while meeting activity and performance goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
• Life & Health Insurance License preferred but not required for entry-level candidates
• Coachable and willing to learn
