Are you the Next Piece?
WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science and five (5+) years of exposure to EHS activities within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
- OSHA 30 hours certification, General or Construction Industry.
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Good analytical skills.
- Experience in:
- Ensure project activities comply with EHSS policies, local regulations, and client requirements.
- Develop site-specific EHSS plans, conduct toolbox talks, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.
- Inspect areas and identify and correct project opportunities in coordination with the project leader.
- Manage permits to work during the projects.
- Track EHSS metrics and ensure environmental permitting and waste management compliance where applicable.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Ensure a safe work environment for workers and site employees.
- Ensure OSHA compliance.
- Take immediate corrective actions to address unsafe acts, work, and/ or conditions.
- Ensure all proper work and other permits are being utilized.
- Work with construction management teams to prequalify subcontractors.
- Maintain records of safety inductions/ orientations.
- Daily/Weekly site walks.
- Attend/ lead toolbox talks.
- Participate actively in Departmental EHS and Construction reviews.
