With a global customer base, we provide high-quality leads from homeowners and B2B clients actively seeking information about our innovative products. This is an Inside Phone Sales role with excellent growth potential for a driven individual.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with pre-qualified leads to provide product information and close sales.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Trial close and confidently ask for the order to drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to meet and exceed sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Sales Experience: Prior experience in phone or inside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Personable & Persistent: A friendly, professional demeanor with the tenacity to follow through with leads.
• Strong Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and persuasive verbal and written communication.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with CRM software and general computer skills.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success.
