Ezio's is a new fine dining steakhouse coming to Miami beach brought to you bythe team behind Roberta's, Blanca and Foul Witch in NYC. Ezio's is a boutiqueItalian steakhouse specializing in dry-aged meats, handmade pastas, and acurated natural wine and spirits program. Our mission is to deliver an exceptionaldining experience rooted in craft, integrity, and hospitality to bring aMichelin caliber dining experience that feels both elevated and personal.

We are seeking disciplined, fast, and reliable Dishwashersto join our opening team. At Ezio's, the dish team plays a critical role inkeeping the kitchen running efficiently and upholding our standard of excellence.This is a great entry point into a professional kitchen with growth potentialfor the right individuals.

Experience is required, but a positive attitude is moreimportant.

We're Looking For:

  • Candidates who work fast and clean, always staying ahead of the curve
  • People who take initiative ask for side projects, support the chefs, and stay engaged
  • Individuals who are eager to grow within a respected, quality-driven restaurant group

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized dish area at all times
  • Follow proper sanitation practices, including 3-bin systems and chemical handling
  • Regularly sweep, squeegee, take out trash, and assist in deep cleaning tasks
  • Communicate with chefs about dish station needs (chemicals, repairs, restocking)
  • Support the kitchen team with prep or cleaning projects when needed
  • Work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to follow verbal directions and adapt in a busy, team-oriented kitchen
  • Must be able to stand for long periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Punctual, reliable, and respectful of the team and workspace
