Job description

The Global P&C Process & Intelligent Ops Manager is responsible for leading the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of global P&C operational processes. This role manages the team responsible for handling HRSD cases and ensures consistent, timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery of P&C services across regions.

This role is also accountable for the creation, standardization, and governance of global P&C operational processes, ensuring consistency across regions and alignment with the global service delivery model. The Manager will define how work should be executed within HRSD and across supporting systems, establishing scalable and repeatable processes that enable automation and intelligent service delivery.

In addition to operational oversight, the role drives operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and intelligent automation, leveraging capabilities within HRSD and beyond. The Manager partners closely with HR Technology, COEs, and regional HR teams to translate HR policies and process designs into scalable operational workflows and recommend enhancements where technology can further optimize service delivery.

Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities    
    Own operational governance for HR case management, including SLAs, KPIs, quality controls, escalation management, and service performance monitoring
    Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to translate policy and process designs into executable workflows within HRSD and supporting HR systems
    Collaborate with HR Technology teams to implement and optimize HRSD functionality, ensuring system effectively support operational execution and scale globally

Process Creation & Standardization 
    Define, design, and document end-to-end global P&C operational processes
    Establish and enforce standardized process frameworks across regions while accounting for local regulatory requirements
    Translate COE policies into operationally executable workflows, including ownership models, handoffs, and SLAs
    Identify and eliminate process fragmentation, redundancies, and manual work across regions
    Develop and maintain global standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation aligned to HRSD execution

People Leadership    
    Manage and develop global HR Operations team, including regional teams in LATAM and Portugal
    Ensure consistent global execution while accounting for regional legal and compliance requirements
    Foster a culture of accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement

Other Key Details    
    This role is a key enabler in evolving global P&C service delivery toward a more intelligent, scalable, and technology-enabled operating model
    Driving the shift from regionally defined processes to globally standardized, process-led service delivery
    Designing end-to-end HR processes optimized for digital and scalable delivery
    Partnering with HR Technology to introduce intelligent automation and AI-supported capabilities (e.g., case triage, workflow orchestration, knowledge recommendations)
    Supporting a model where automation handles routine work, enabling HR teams to focus on complex, high-value employee needs

Qualifications
Required Experience & Skills    
    5 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR service delivery
    Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire operational processes and transaction management
    Demonstrated experience creating & standardizing global HR processes 
    Demonstrated experience in process design, standardization, or continuous improvement
    Experience designing HRSD process workflows

Nice to Haves    
    Exposure to automation, workflow tools, or AI-enabled service delivery in HRSD
    Experience working in global transformation or shared services environments
    Experience supporting HRSD implementations or workflow design
