Emotional Compass

Emotional Compass is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team on a contract basis. This is a 1099 contractor role (no benefits). This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to provide quality care to clients in-office and/or via telehealth. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and possesses an active CAQH profile, NPI, and valid licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT).

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-office or virtual therapy sessions with clients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation

- Customize treatment plans and service delivery for our clients based on necessity

-48 hours turnaround time for notes

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

- Implement research-supported interventions customized to meet individual client needs

- Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory standards

- Provide culturally responsive and culturally competent care.

- Monthly Support Sessions

Requirements:

- Active CAQH profile

- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)

- Valid and active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania

- Minimum of 10-15 hours per week availability

- Strong documentation and time management skills

-Bilingual in Spanish (optional)
