      The Role: Commercial Lines Account Manager<\/strong><\/p>

      We\u2019re looking for a licensed Florida Commercial Account Manager with at least 2 years of experience, ideally from a larger agency or brokerage environment, who\u2019s ready to bring their knowledge somewhere it truly matters.<\/p>

      Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>

      • Manage and service a commercial lines book of business with accuracy and professionalism<\/li>
      • Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, certificates, and coverage inquiries<\/li>
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, carriers, and internal teams<\/li>
      • Collaborate with producers to support new business, renewals, and retention efforts<\/li>
      • Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and completeness<\/li>
      • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risk exposures and communicate proactively<\/li>
      • Maintain detailed and organized client files within the agency management system<\/li>
      • Follow established workflows while contributing ideas for process improvement<\/li>
      • Assist in documenting and refining commercial servicing procedures as the department grows<\/li>
