We’re hiring a Media Account Manager to be a strategic marketing partner for our enterprise clients.
This is not a sales role. It is a performance marketing leadership role focused on measurable impact and client success.
HYBRID position - 1 day in the office, 4 days at home.
- Own performance media strategy and client relationships, serving as both advisor and optimizer.
- Manage performance marketing across platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and TikTok.
- Translate data into marketing strategy by identifying trends, uncovering growth opportunities, and communicating the “why” behind results.
- Lead performance reviews and QBRs, highlighting actionable insights that drive ROI — not just reporting data.
- Optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads Manager to ensure delivery against key performance metrics and client KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, creative strategists, and product teams to deliver compelling, data-backed recommendations.
- Empower clients by training them on the Darwin platform to independently monitor and interpret creative and performance insights.
- Drive measurable business impact, ensuring a direct, undeniable connection between your strategy and client success.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience managing and optimizing Meta and Google digital paid media.
- Experience working at an Advertising, Media or Marketing Agency.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proactive, outgoing, customer oriented and genuinely motivated by understanding a client's goals and delighting them with exceptional service and results.
- Confident leading executive-level conversations, distilling complex insights, and pushing client thinking forward with a strong point of view.
- Experience managing enterprise media accounts.
- Experience in advertising technology, or growth marketing preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing measurement, attribution, or creative testing methodologies preferred.
