Program Management Support Specialist
Hybrid | Supporting USCG Headquarters, Washington, DC | Secret Clearance Required

D amp;G is seeking a highly skilled Program Management Support Specialist to support the U.S. Coast Guard Program Executive Office for Aviation. This role supports the full acquisition lifecycle for UAS and RAS programs and includes regular interaction with senior government civilians, military officers, and executive leadership.

What You Will Do
• Provide day-to-day program management support across communications, data management, technical writing, task and metric tracking, briefing preparation, performance measurement, and meeting coordination.
• Organize and maintain the program’s document repository and archive within SharePoint.
• Support the collection and submission of recurring reports and data calls, including weekly program reports, responses to oversight inquiries, budget documentation, and congressional reporting requirements.
• Coordinate and support Integrated Product Team meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, note taking, action item tracking, and distribution of meeting materials.
• Maintain required information in the INVEST reporting system and coordinate submissions with program staff.
• Track, analyze, and manage contract deliverables, including schedules, technical data packages, Contract Data Requirements Lists, and associated performance metrics.
• Plan, prepare, track, and maintain acquisition documentation in accordance with Department of Homeland Security acquisition policy and U.S. Coast Guard acquisition directives, including Program Management Plans, Integrated Logistics Support Plans, Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Program Baselines, Life Cycle Cost Estimates, Configuration Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, tailoring plans, and Operational Requirements Documents.
• Draft procurement request documentation, including Statements of Work, market research documentation, and initial cost estimates.
• Support budget development activities, including updates to Capital Investment Plans, out-year budget requests, spend plans, and open obligation validation.
• Support program risk management by identifying, tracking, analyzing, and developing mitigation strategies for program risks.
• Maintain and periodically review the program risk register, recommending updates and identifying emerging risk areas.
• Develop and maintain the program’s Integrated Government Schedule using Microsoft Project and/or Power BI.
• Ensure the schedule reflects key programmatic, contracting, production, and testing milestones and aligns with approved acquisition strategies and program documentation.
• Prepare scheduling materials such as milestone charts and Gantt charts for leadership reviews and generate ad hoc scheduling reports as required.
• Identify scheduling conflicts or delays and propose resolution strategies to maintain established program timelines.

What We Are Looking For

Required

• At least four (4) years of experience supporting major or non-major systems acquisitions governed by Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, or equivalent Federal acquisition policy.
• Six (6) years of experience supporting U.S. Coast Guard acquisition programsTwo (2) years of experience supporting U.S. Coast Guard aviation acquisition programs.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Power BI.
• Experience developing procurement documentation and technical writing products.
• Experience working within the Department of Homeland Security INVEST system.
• Experience creating and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule.

Clearance and Eligibility
• Current Secret clearance with enrollment in Continuous Vetting, or current Secret clearance, or prior Secret clearance within the last 20 months with a Tier 3 investigation completed on or after 1/1/2027
• Restricted to U.S. persons as defined under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
