Key Responsibilities

• Assist buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in achieving their real estate goals.
• Conduct property showings and host open houses.
• Generate new leads and actively build long-term client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and terms effectively on behalf of your clients.
• Coordinate real estate transactions from the initial contract through to a successful closing.
• Stay current on local market conditions, property values, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Active Michigan Real Estate License (or actively willing to obtain one).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is highly preferred.
